The start of the Chorizo series. Chorizo's story starts in his hometown of La Correa, during the middle of a match against the capitalist priest of Mega Muscle Church, Arma de Dios. Arma’s only interest is to put butts in the seats and sell his merch while showing off those sweaty, shiny, guns.
I'm working hard at the first issue, and figured I'll share some process shots along the way. My style for drawing the page is a little loose, and easier demonstrated with visuals. I try to stick to an order, but I tend to go back and forth between inking, lettering, and coloring in no particular order until the page feels right.
This shirt might be asking for trouble, but what’s the point of life otherwise? Hopefully you can get some good lessons out of this.
